In the name of God, the Compassionate, the Merciful!

The Association of Moral and Cognizance is a free and independent social, cultural and training foundation which was established by a number of religious scholars, university lecturers, teachers, students, and benevolent intellectuals in Herat Province in 1381 (2002).
